Last weekend we were booked to do a hog roast in Brockenhurst. A beautiful little village. Our client had booked us to do our Menu 3 for 120 people, for a 1pm serve on a Saturday. An early start to get everything prepared, we arrived a couple of hours before to set everything up. We were set up at a nice little venue, positioned so everyone got a smell of the hog roast in Brockenhurst slowly cooking away. We made a start on our fresh salads and hot potato option and before we knew it, it was time to serve! Everyone seemed happy and full come mid afternoon and we were ready to clear up and head off home after another successful hog roast in the Brockenhurst area!
