One of our long-term clients, Julia booked us in this weekend to come and provide the catering for her and her husband’s anniversary party. After being married for thirty years they wanted to celebrate and had invite all of their nearest and dearest friends and family around to help them make the most of it. After catering at various family events over the years Julia informed us there was simply no question when it came to who would be doing the catering.
In the past we had pretty much covered our entire menu at the family’s various events and so this time we wanted to give them something different from Hog Roast Milford on Sea. Part of this menu also includes spectacular sides that really compliment the flavours of the meat. This time Julia chose Mac ‘n’ Cheese, Memphis style crunchy coleslaw and some corn cobettes to keep the guests happy.
