We had an amazing party and we can’t thank Spitting Pig enough for being part of it.
We are not quite sure we got the names of the two chefs correct Aiden/Arron and Dave but they were fantastic. They were able to park close by and just got on with setting up everything. We had a perfect space for them to operate in.
The Hog Roast was amazing, everyone loved it, the meat very tender, the vegetarian skewers also went down well as did the salads, which lasted out just for Mike and I to get the end of!! (A few more people turned up that we had not catered for!!).
Everything went like clockwork and I asked the chefs if we could have any pork left as I could not bare this to be wasted, they carved and plated up a mountain of pork which I am very pleased to have in the freezer.
We would recommend you to others for sure.
Thanks once again for playing a big part in Mike’s 70th Birthday party 😊.
