On Sunday we ended our busy week catering for Splendid Communications. The event took place in Warsash. Mr Gray the owner of the house was a lovely man along with his guests and greeted us on arrival early morning. Hog roast Warsash prepared a mouth-watering indulgent menu 3 which consists of a spit roasted free range pig served with professionally prepared and presented crackling, our very own freshly made apple sauce and homemade sage and onion stuffing along with our tomato and mozzarella salad, spring green leaf salad, homemade gourmet coleslaw, herb dressed new potatoes and last but not least for those that don’t eat our finest meats we had our very own home made vegetarian option, however, upon request we can change some of the options in our menus. We had a reasonably early serve time of about 12:00pm-1:00pm so therefore hog roast Warsash made sure they was on-site 6 hours before so we could get the cooking underway. The serve time came and everybody sat down patiently waiting for their piece of Warsash’s finest hog roast and throughout the day they was not a bad word reported. Whilst everybody sat down to eat there hog roast that we had been carefully preparing, Mr Gray had got a live band in to play some music for the guests. The day went absolutely brilliant and once again the guests loved our hog roast.
