We thought that in February we would be quiet as last year we did not receive one booking and it was the only month out of the whole year that we were quiet and we had planned on this year being the same, we pr booked a serve for each machine and decided to give our ware house a nice spring clean, but all that was short lived! Hog roast Upper Froyle have not stopped and we are stunned at how busy we have been, February this year has been just as busy as summer last year we are really shocked. It started with a Wedding up north catering for five hundred then a birthday up north the following week and we have since this month travelled, south and west too! The hosts are not sure how many will turn out but we know from experience that there will be quite a few to say the least! We are catering for a few thousand and if more do arrive we have more machinery and staff on stand by.
