Hog Roast Broadstone Catering For A Milestone Birthday

When it comes to catering with delicious dishes made from fresh, high-quality ingredients, and local where possible, Hog Roast Broadstone is the number one choice and our many repeat customers will surely testify to this. We’ve spent years perfecting our menus to include much more than the hog roasts that we’re famous for, so many personal tastes are also covered with us, as well as special diets and bigger appetites. From a simple main to a main and some sides to a great feast of several courses, our experts will blow you away with the variety and choice that we have on offer, including starters, desserts, hot and cold sides and even handmade canapĂ©s and a drinks service if you need.

Hog Roast BroadstoneIn terms of personal tastes, you may want us to cook something other than one of our amazing traditional centrepiece hog roasts, and we can spit-roast piles of turkeys and chickens or a great hunk of lamb or beef of preferred. One of our Hog Roast Broadstone speciality menus may be just the thing you’re looking for instead, like our Loaded Fries, where we smother chips in mouthwatering pulled pork or beef brisket and a slaw and then top with melting cheese, or our Southern Slow Roast, which gives you three main meats and four sides of your choosing.

Nevertheless, Hog Roast Broadstone always wants all of your guests to be able to enjoy our food, and not just the majority, so where special diets are concerned, just let us know your requirements in advance and we will work our magic. From vegetarian to vegan to gluten-free, your guests are all treated to great food made fresh on the day.

We were recently asked to cater a 60th birthday party with a lovely hog roast and yesterday afternoon, our chef and catering assistants headed to the hotel venue to set up our equipment outside in the gardens. After preparing the meat to be roasted, we set it cooking for hours on end, until we had soft and tender meat on the inside and crispy skin on the outside, full of crackling. By 5pm, everyone had arrived and we finally started to carve to make piles of gorgeous pigs in buns for everyone.
