The ingredients we use are always fresh and of great quality and we’re proud to source locally where possible too, including the free-range meat that we buy from trusted farmers and butchers that we’ve known for many years. This goes without saying for the prime pigs that we prepare fresh on the day of your party or event and then cook for hours on end until we get a crispy outer, full of golden crackling, and a soft and moist inner, with meat that will fall off your fork and melt in your mouth. If you or your guests prefer a different kind of meat, we can instead cook up a storm with free-range chickens or turkeys, beef sirloin or a whole British lamb, or you can even request something a bit more unusual of preferred. We have several of our own standalones available if you prefer an easy choice, like our Traditional Barbecue, Alfresco, Loaded Fries or Southern Slow Roast, but you’re welcome to design your own menu from scratch too. With a whole host of canapés, starters, sides and desserts to add to your main, you can impress with a multi-course menu and we can always cater for diets if required as well.
