Rushed off our feet!

August isour favourite catering month we have been catering for lots of large events lately and have been rushed off our feet! Not that we are complaining we love nothing more than been busy and we passionate about what we do. Hog roasting is in our blood we have said that before but we really do mean that we put everything into our work, hog roast have been busy all week and we were catering for a wedding on Saturday and it was one of the most lavish affairs ever! The bride was married in white and it was full tops and tails for the guys and a horse and carriage bringing the bride and groom to the venue everything thought out so well and that included the food! We were cooking pork and chicken with all the trimmings with lots of fine wine and champagne and catering in a wonderful building fit for a princess and the bride looked just that as she stepped out of her carriage to the gasps of all the guests each guest through the door was given a glass of the finest champagne and shown to their seat a full meal was prepared and before we served everyone raised a glass to the bride and groom and then there was the speeches which were really moving you could see the couple were besotted with each other. We were then given the nod to serve and we were away, course after course and making sure in between that everyone had enough to drink our staff were there to please everyone we have the most courteous staff and they are only happy if you are happy! Hog Roast Hire went through some amount of food and everyone really did enjoy the food as you could tell by the nice clean plates! After the meal we cleared away and the place was spotless we were asked to sit and have a slice of wedding cake how could we refuse! We sat and enjoyed a nice slice of cake and had a chat and thought it so sweet to be asked some people are really nice and we were so grateful
