It is not a normal week for Hog Roast Eastleigh if it doesn’t involve a wedding! This Saturday was the lovely union of Matt and Carly who told us they had now been together coming up to ten years so thought it was about time they took the plunge and tied the knot.
Carly told our Hog Roast Eastleigh team over the phone that she had always dreamed of having a huge white wedding with horse and carriage and all of the flamboyant extras. However, since meeting Matt and falling in love she had realised that the only thing that was important on the day was that they loved each other and that their guests would have a good time. Part of making sure of this was to keep the guests well fed throughout and so the couple had enlisted our help at Hog Roast Eastleigh to do this.
As the wedding would be a traditional affair the couple wanted to in keep with this by having a formal meal which was no problem. Hog Roast Eastleigh have a fully flexible cooking style and so we are able to dress our service up or down depending on your needs as our client.
We would start off by supplying guests with a champagne reception followed by canapes handed out by our team. For the main event we had our hog slowly roasting away with our head chef at the helm ensuring nothing but the most mouth-watering meat. We decided to provide each table with large bowls of our scrumptious sides so that guests could help themselves and grab seconds at the convenience of their own tables. For this event we served up a selection of salads including our tomato and mozzarella salad, our chef’s specially created pasta salad mixed with freshly prepared roasted vegetables and our homemade zesty coleslaw.
