When Debbie asked Hog Roast Bournemouth to cater her party recently, she asked us for our hog roast winter warmer, to be served with sweet potato mash, carrots, peas, courgette, and new potatoes with herbs, as well as our amazing homemade trio of apple sauce, stuffing and gravy.
On Saturday evening, our dedicated team cooked a fabulous hog roast over several hours and served Debbie and her thirty guests plenty of yummy food until they were all stuffed, and then we discreetly cleared away as they danced the night away.
