Our catering manager Nick was contacted by a school in Hampshire to arrange catering for an Easter staff party being hosted by the management team. The party is set to be an event for 40 staff members to enjoy, including teachers and teaching assistants. After a difficult term and plenty of hard work, this will be a well needed break and a great chance to unwind and bond with fellow team members. For the catering, Hog Roast Havant was asked to provide a versatile menu that could be enjoyed casually by the staff, while relaxing outside on the school field. After looking through our menus, it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ would be the ideal choice for this occasion.
Our Gourmet BBQ menu includes a variety of tasty dishes, including juicy British beef burgers, succulent sausages, vegetable and halloumi skewers, and marinated chicken kebabs. As well as the main dishes, there will also be a selection of sides to choose from, ranging from corn cobettes and seasonal salad dishes to homemade chips and crunchy coleslaw. This menu will be served buffet style on bamboo cutlery and crockery, as this is the ideal level of formality for this event.
