After a busy Christmas and new year, the beginning of February saw us catering a hog roast in Highfield at a church centre. A simple but fantastic Menu 1 for around 300 people, consisting of our traditional hog roast with freshly made apple sauce, home made sage and onion stuffing, crispy golden crackling and a selection of fresh bread rolls. We cooked off site that day as requested by Abigail, and when we arrived we quickly set up and got ready for a 6pm serve time. The pork was amazingly juicy and succulent with a fantastic texture, we received many compliments, with lots of people coming back asking for seconds!
We not only pride ourselves in our cooking, but also presentation. After serving, we cleared everything away and the area was spotless. Hog Roast Highfield did a really good job making sure everyone was happy and Abigail said she was keen to recommend to family and friends, and even to book with us in the future for any events she may cater for.
