Hog Roast Catering Winchester
Spitting Pig Hampshire catered for a number of different events over the weekend. In the Winchester area one of our DIY Hog Roasts was delivered to a farm in Littleton – Normally we provide a locally sourced pig, but the farmer had selected on of his own for this special occasion. The sixtieth birthday for his wife was celebrated in one of his barns with drinks provided by the local brewery and Spitting Pig Hampshire delivered the machine and gas for the Hog Roast.
The hog roast in Avington with our Southern Roast Menu was simply awesome…. Juicy, succulent sweet pork that just melted in your mouth and the crispy golden crackling was as good as it always is when cooked on our Titan hog roast machine. The slow roast lamb was cooked to perfection as well…. Tender and oozing with flavour from our secret rub and sauce marinade. We served a variety of vegetarian options for those non meat eaters and offered a range of delicious salads, hot jacket potatoes wedges spiced with our Cajun blend. The guests at the Avington Hog Roast praised us highly and the feedback made the event all the more special to us. We are looking forward to catering in this area again.
