A Hampshire-based pub recently contacted Hog Roast Fordingbridge to arrange catering for an upcoming open-mic night. The event was planned to draw in new customers from neighbouring towns, as well as provide something fun for local musicians to take part in. to boost appeal, the pub manager thought it would be a good idea to provide catering for the occasion, to add another form of entertainment for customers to enjoy. Our catering manager Nick was hired to provide a tasty buffet menu for the occasion, including something that would be ideal for 150 guests to enjoy during the evening. After looking at our options, it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu was the ideal option for the occasion!
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Fordingbridge team set up our catering station in the beer garden of the pub, enjoying the sunshine and great atmosphere. We got to work preparing the main dishes, which included succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, vegetable and halloumi skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. As well as the mains, we also served crunchy coleslaw, corn cobettes, mac and cheese, seasonal salad dishes, and homemade chips. This created a delicious and varied menu, with plenty of different dishes for every guest to enjoy. Our catering was a great addition to the music and created a great event for the guests to enjoy!
